The advantage for customers staying longer: one week’s accommodation in a five-night price.

If there are more than two guests, please mention when booking if you want two single beds or one double bed. For three customers, there is one double bed and one single bed available. In addition, it is possible to get two extra mattresses, so in total there is room for five people. Extra bed 25€ /bed /night. A crib can be reserved for 15€ / night. Children under 7 years are charged 20€ / night.

There is free Wi-Fi. Parking is also free of charge and in the winter, there is a heating possibility.

Attention! It is prohibited to bring pets to Villa Sinuksi. The space is also smoke-free (smoking place outside, by the entrance). The accommodation is situated on second floor, elevator is not available.

Breakfast is NOT included in the price, but there is a service station Neste Tourula 2,2 km away, that offers a buffet breakfast at an affordable price for Villa Sinuksi’s guests. A corner shop Siwa, is only 260 meters away, and there can easily be done small groceries. Nearby, 400 meters away, there’s a pizzeria, which also delivers. Necessary ingredients and equipments for coffee and tea making are provided for guests.

Check-in is open from 16.00-18.00, or by agreement at a later time, if informed in advance. Earlier check-in is also intended to provide if possible. Please inform your expected time of arrival in advance. Check-out is to be done at 13.00 at the latest. There’s a cell phone answering service around the clock and service is available on request (tel. 044 555 4497).

You will receive a pre-invoice of the accommodation (and possible additional services) via e-mail (or if needed, a paper invoice via mail) shortly before the date of arrival. There’s a free cancellation (including a refund of payment) two days before the arrival, at the latest. If the cancellation is made after this, the whole price will be charged and there will be no money refund. Additional purchases made on the premises will be paid in cash. Also, ask for the billing option.
